Approach
Education Model
The programme is designed using a flipped classroom approach and consists of a total of 10 hours (5 hours live & 5 Hours Recorded) of structured learning. Before each module, participants receive approximately 1 hour of preparatory video content and related support materials. Participants are expected to watch the content and complete the assigned preparatory work before attending the live session. This is followed by a 1-hour live session. Rather than repeating the basic information, the live sessions focus on critical points, examples, the logic of application, and the strategic elements that need particular attention in an MSCA application. During the live session, participants may submit questions that arise while working on the topic through the chat. Each participant may submit up to 3 questions per module. Questions are collected without interrupting the flow of the session and are reviewed afterwards. In the days following the session, a Question Bank is created for the relevant module, including the answers to these questions, and shared with the group. In this way, participants benefit not only from their own questions, but also from the different challenges and issues encountered by other researchers while working on the same topic. After each live session, participants also receive working tools, support materials, and practical assignments to reinforce the topic covered and apply it directly to their own proposal preparation. The sessions are held every two weeks. This means that the period between sessions is not simply a waiting period, but a structured working phase in which participants apply what they have learned, develop their questions, and progressively advance their own MSCA PF preparation. The aim of this model is not simply for participants to attend the training, but to prepare in advance, think actively, apply what they learn, generate meaningful questions, and gain maximum value from each module.
